Two corrections this morning, and both of them make the picture better — then leave one problem standing completely alone.
First: nine of last night's twelve creators are reachable, not five. Last night's board read the order-level email field, which is null on seeded orders; the address lives on customer.email. Re-querying recovers Living Muay Thai (Miami), Home Barbell Club (Cedar Creek TX) and Midnight Runners Los Ángeles — three businesses, not anonymous shipping labels. Only three of twelve are genuinely unreachable.
Second: #1066 and #1075 are not stalled — both were cancelled on 8/23. Shopify leaves UNFULFILLED on cancelled orders, and #1066 has now been escalated eighteen times against an order that was closed five days ago. The real unfulfilled queue is five orders, all from last night, all under thirteen hours old. Nothing is late.
What survives both corrections is the one thing that has never moved: thirty-seven pouches out, ~$400 of product, twelve days, zero asks sent.

📈Sessions & Cart-Adds — August
plateau, 5th day
Yesterday closed at 87, against last night's 8 PM projection of ~82. The five closed reads since the seeding push are 87 → 107 → 87 → 86 → 87 — that is a plateau, not a decay, and the “fourth consecutive lower day” framing carried on last night's board was wrong. Traffic is holding a genuine step-change: the store ran at 4–20 sessions a day for the first three weeks of August and has held 86–107 for five straight days. The orange line is the problem and it has not changed: one cart-add in 454 sessions. Seeded orders are placed by you, not by this traffic, and never appear in the cart-add series.
🔻Yesterday's Funnel — 8/27 closed
87 in, 0 through
A fully closed day, trend-eligible: 87 sessions, nothing through the funnel. Across the five closed days the store has taken 454 sessions and produced exactly one cart-add — 8/26, which reached checkout and did not complete. Shopify still holds zero abandoned-checkout records, so that visitor left before entering an email and no Klaviyo recovery can ever fire. The ten-minute walk through checkout on a phone is still the cheapest unrun diagnostic on this board, and mobile add-to-cart is confirmed working, so the break is at or after the checkout screen.
📧Batch 3 Contactability — re-queried
9 of 12 reachable
| Order | Who | Reach |
| #1088 | Ian Schinelli · Franklin TN | email |
| #1089 | Living Muay Thai · Miami | email |
| #1090 | — Tahoma CA | none |
| #1091 | — Lake Park FL | none |
| #1092 | Catherine Cavaniel · Homestead | email |

| #1098 | — Tampa FL | none |
| #1099 | Peach Pump LLC · Hollywood | email |
Last night's board reported seven unreachable; the true figure is three. The order-level email field is null on seeded orders — the address lives on customer.email, and querying that recovers four more, including three businesses that were being treated as anonymous labels. All twelve tagged affiliate-seeding + creator-program: the UpPromote program firing correctly, not a discount leak.
💰Month by month — the real scoreboard
8× orders, 20% the net
| Month | Orders | Net sales |
| June | 4 | $67.29 |
| July | 5 | $168.30 |
| August MTD | 41 | $34.20 |
August stands at 41 orders on $1,435.60 gross, with discounts absorbing 97.6% of it. Net is unchanged at $34.20 — every order since 8/16 has been free. Forty of the forty-one are seeded, sampled or untagged giveaways. Order count is not the metric here; paid orders is, and August still has one, with three days left. July did five times August's net on one-eighth the order volume.
📱Traffic Shape — last 7 days
single-channel, single-device
| Cut | Sessions | Share |
| Mobile | 436 | 87.9% |
| Desktop | 59 | 11.9% |
| Tablet | 1 | 0.2% |
| Social | 422 | 85.1% |
| Direct | 69 | 13.9% |
| Search | 5 | 1.0% |
Instagram is the entire top of funnel and that problem stays solved — 422 of 496 sessions from social. The exposure is that it is the only channel: search contributes five sessions in seven days, so a single algorithm change removes 85% of traffic overnight. Every conversion decision that matters is being made on a phone, which is why the checkout walk needs to happen on a phone, not a desktop.
🐝Competitor Watch
carried from 8/27 live scan
RONE Nutrition — flavor line extending
The 0 / 100 / 200mg ladder in 20-packs, a Lemon caffeine-free SKU, and a limited Apple Cinnamon batch with more flavors signalled. The 100mg listing carries 1,135 reviews at 4.5. Formula leads on lion's mane + green tea caffeine + pink salt — drifting from “clean honey” toward “nootropic honey.” Their moat is review volume, not formula.
HNY+ — proof stacking, retail carriage
Still Classic (0mg) / Buzz (50mg organic green-tea caffeine), organic Yucatán honey — a narrower line than yours. Leads with athlete proof: Olympians and MLB pitchers, a Forbes placement, and third-party carriage on thefeed.com. They claim dairy-free and nut-free outright — a lane HoneyCharge cannot follow, since the label declares CONTAINS MILK.
Honey Stinger — adjacent benchmark
Oat + Honey Bars beside the Peanut Butter Waffles. Different format, different buyer — a retail-channel benchmark, not a direct competitor.
Nothing has attacked HoneyCharge's positioning directly — a short, naturally-sourced ingredient list, made in Miami, is intact and unclaimed. The gap that keeps widening is proof, not product: RONE has 1,135 reviews, HNY+ has Forbes and a retailer, HoneyCharge has 37 pouches in creators' hands and zero asks sent. Copy guardrails hold: never claim third-party tested, never state a bare ingredient count, never imply dairy-free, never print “raw”.
🚨Alert Board
3 red · 4 yellow · 4 green
Seeding outlay ~$400 with zero asks sent, day 12. 37 pouches across three batches (8/16, 8/23, 8/27), $0 attributed revenue, 0 written follow-ups. Nine of last night's twelve are reachable — the contactability blocker is gone.
12 supplier emails drafted and never sent — 6 honey (8/25), 6 ingredient (8/23). Finished work producing nothing. Honey sourcing is the live COGS lever.
Twelve days without a paid order. August net $34.20 vs July's $168.30 on eight times the order count; discounts absorb 97.6% of August gross. Three days left in the month.
One cart-add in 454 sessions over five closed days. 8/27 closed at 87 sessions with nothing through the funnel. Zero abandoned-checkout records means no recovery email can ever fire.
Trial Pack still ARCHIVED, day 7 — verified live at 0 units. 37 creators are about to point audiences at a store with no cheap entry point.
3 of last night's 12 have no contact at all — #1090 Tahoma CA, #1091 Lake Park FL, #1093 Los Angeles. Source context is still reconstructible today, not next week.
20 unsent self-addressed alert drafts, newest 8/28 00:04 UTC. The send step is not firing. Content is not lost — it is here — but the folder now hides the 12 supplier drafts that matter. Do not write a 21st.
#1066 and #1075 were cancelled 8/23 — not stalled. Eighteen escalations were spent on a closed order. Nothing in the queue is genuinely late.
Traffic is a plateau, not a decay — 87 / 107 / 87 / 86 / 87. Last night's “fourth consecutive lower day” framing is retired. The step-change from 4–20/day is holding.
Inventory reconciles cleanly — Original steady at 51 overnight, exactly where last night's twelve left it. No drift, no phantom deduction.
All twelve carry affiliate-seeding. The UpPromote program is firing correctly — this is not a discount leak and needs no code change.

“Thirty-seven pouches, a dozen states, one week. If one showed up at your door — show us what you did with it.”
Derived, not read from the sheet — the Drive MCP cannot open Content_Calendar from a scheduled run, so this follows the established Friday community slot. Why this one: thirty-seven pouches are in transit and the ask has never been made in public. A packing-and-shipping reel is the cheapest version of that ask — no new product photography, it lands while the boxes are still moving, and it is the only channel that reaches the three creators with no email on file. Guardrails: never state a bare ingredient count — say “a short ingredient list, all naturally sourced”; never claim third-party tested; the label declares CONTAINS MILK. Stack: Nano Banana Pro → Veo 3.1 Fast → InVideo, voiceover recorded separately. Warm sunlit kitchen, gold #DAA520, light oak, hands only, no faces.

#1075 | Hialeah, FL | — | CANCELLED 8/23 |
The queue is clean. Shopify's raw fulfillment_status:unfulfilled filter returns seven, but two of those carry a cancelledAt timestamp from 8/23 and are closed business. The five that remain are last night's batch, all under thirteen hours, seven of the twelve already shipped. #1066 absorbed eighteen escalations as an “Australia customs decision” five days after it was cancelled — the standing rule is to read cancelledAt before calling anything stalled. Ages computed against 8/28 11:00 UTC.

☕Morning Read
two fewer fires, one unchanged problem
This morning's sync retired two things the board had been carrying and confirmed one it had not. #1066 and #1075 both carry a cancelledAt stamp from 8/23 — Shopify leaves UNFULFILLED on cancelled orders, so both kept resurfacing as stalled, and #1066 absorbed eighteen separate escalations as a two-minute Australia customs decision five days after it was closed. There is nothing to ship and nothing to refund. The genuine unfulfilled queue is five orders from last night, none over thirteen hours old. Separately, last night's “seven creators with no email” was a field-reading error: the order-level email is null on seeded orders and the address lives on customer.email. Reading the right field takes contactability from five of twelve to nine of twelve, and recovers three businesses — Living Muay Thai in Miami, Home Barbell Club in Texas, and Midnight Runners Los Ángeles — that were being treated as anonymous shipping labels.
The traffic framing needed correcting too, in the same direction. Yesterday closed at 87, not the ~82 projected at 8 PM, and the five closed reads since the seeding push are 87, 107, 87, 86, 87. That is a plateau, not the fourth consecutive lower day the board called it. The step-change is real and holding: this store ran at 4–20 sessions a day for the first three weeks of August and has held 86–107 for five days straight. What has not moved at all is what happens next. Four hundred and fifty-four sessions over those five days produced one cart-add and no orders. Shopify holds zero abandoned-checkout records, so 8/26's single checkout-reacher left before typing an email and no recovery flow can ever reach them. Mobile add-to-cart is confirmed working; the ten-minute walk through checkout on a phone remains the cheapest unrun diagnostic here.
So the fires are smaller than they looked, which leaves the one real problem standing entirely alone. Thirty-seven pouches, roughly $400 of product at tracker COGS, twelve days, and not one written ask. The board has now carried “send the ask” for thirteen consecutive runs while the denominator grew from fourteen pouches to thirty-seven. Last night the deferral had a reason attached — seven creators looked unreachable. That reason is gone this morning. And it has company: twelve fully written supplier emails are sitting unsent in Gmail, six honey suppliers from 8/25 and six ingredient suppliers from 8/23. Honey is the live COGS lever, and the answer you need from those six is micron rating and maximum °F in writing, because “unfiltered” is the defensible label claim and “raw” is not. The pattern across both is identical: the work is finished and the send never happens.
Today, in order: send the twelve supplier drafts — ten minutes for work already done. Send the creator ask to all thirty-seven, routing Peach Pump, Living Muay Thai and Home Barbell Club to the wholesale ladder and Midnight Runners LA to the run-club offer instead. Write down the source for the three with no contact while last night is still reconstructible. Unarchive the Trial Pack before the seeded posts land this weekend. Three days remain in August, one paid order stands on the board, and thirty-seven pouches are in the mail with nothing asked of them.
