📈Sessions & Cart-Adds — August
1 add in 24 days
The gold line's spike is now confirmed at its true height: 87 on 8/23, not the 71 shown last night. The orange line, cart-adds, has touched 1 exactly once all month (8/16) and sat flat on zero every other day. Today's bar is a 7:10 AM partial and will rise. The gap between the two lines is the entire business.
🔻Dark Run — 8/17 to now
CVR 0.0%
Eight consecutive days with nothing after step one. The prior seven days (8/10–8/16) read 45 sessions, 1 add, 1 order. Traffic more than tripled; downstream output went from one to zero. You have now run the same test at 6, 10, 20 and 87 sessions and gotten the identical answer.
📱Device Split — 8/23–8/24
corrected
Mobile 66 · 65%
Desktop 36 · 35%
Cross-tabbed against source, the picture sharpens: social→mobile 60, social→desktop 1, direct→desktop 35, direct→mobile 5, search→mobile 1. Instagram traffic is 98% mobile. Last night's near-even 48/43 read was a partial-day artifact and the “not a mobile bug” conclusion drawn from it does not survive the settled data. Test the mobile PDP first.
🌐Traffic Sources — Last 14 Days
205 sessions
Social 99
Direct 97
Search 9
Social is now the #1 channel over a full fortnight, not just a two-day spike — 48% of 205 sessions. Direct at 97 likely absorbs affiliate link clicks that strip the referrer, so the creator program's real share is higher still. Search: 9 sessions in 14 days, 4.4%. SEO remains the one lane that has not moved since June in any window.
📅Weekly Traffic — Fixed Calendar Weeks
+222% this week
Trailing-seven-day blocks, never rolling windows. 8/17–8/23 closed at 145 vs 45 — the largest week-over-week jump on record and a genuine close, since the week ended Sunday night. Four straight positive weeks: 16 → 29 → 45 → 145, a 9.1× increase in a month. Over the same four weeks revenue went $0 → $0 → $34.20 → $0.
💰August Month-to-Date
$34.20 net
| Orders | 29 |
| Gross sales | $1,015.72 |
| Discounts | −$981.52 |
| Net sales | $34.20 |
| Total sales (incl. ship) | $40.19 |
| Paid orders | 1 |
Net unchanged for an eleventh day. Discounts absorb 96.6% of gross. Seven days remain in August and the month has booked one paid sale — #1060 on 8/16. Twenty-eight of twenty-nine orders are seeded, sampled or untagged giveaways; the all-orders AOV of $1.39 is a discount artifact, not a pricing signal.
📦Seeding Ledger
~$263 out, $0 back
| 8/16 batch (creator-seeding) | 14 pouches |
| 8/23 batch (affiliate-seeding) | 11 pouches |
| Total seeded | 25 |
| Outlay @ $10.53 COGS | ~$263 |
| Follow-up asks logged | 0 |
| Attributable revenue | $0.00 |
Sunday's eleven are tagged affiliate-seeding and carry an “Affiliate discount” code — the UpPromote program firing correctly, verified against order tags, not a leak. But the ledger has run nine days with product going out and nothing tracked coming back. The 87-session day says the creators are active. Without a dated ask per name, ~$263 books as a gift.
🐝Competitor Watch
last scan 8/23
HNY+ — still the sharpest threat
Branded Amazon storefront plus carriage on thefeed.com, the endurance-retail channel. Leaning on “Olympians and MLB pitchers.” They are executing the Amazon + specialty-retail lane HoneyCharge has queued — still blocked on the USPTO filing, unfiled since availability was verified 5/6 (0 Live, 0 Dead marks).
B-Fuel · Buzz Power — new adjacent-international
B-Fuel (Scottish Bee Company) ships a real-honey gel at 25g carbs per sachet; Buzz Power (UK) markets itself as the only sports fuel made from certified organic raw honey. Both UK-based, so not shelf competition — but both run the exact “clean honey, no synthetics” positioning HoneyCharge owns domestically.
RONE Nutrition · Honey Stinger
RONE now markets lion's mane + pink salt + green tea caffeine — drifting from “clean honey” toward “nootropic honey.” Honey Stinger's last launch of record remains Peanut Butter Energy Waffles (Feb 2025); gel/waffle format, adjacent benchmark, not a direct competitor.
No August 2026 press releases or launches found for any watchlist brand. The strategic read holds: rivals compete on flavor count and shelf placement. HoneyCharge's wedge is a short, naturally-sourced ingredient list — worth nothing until a buyer can find it on the page and complete a purchase.
🚨Alert Board
3 red · 5 yellow · 3 green
Record 87-session day → 0 cart-adds. The volume argument is closed. The storefront does not convert at any traffic level tested.
#1066 Matt Fox unfulfilled ~177h — tenth escalation. Ships to Australia: needs a customs decision, not a domestic label.
Discounts absorb 96.6% of August gross — $981.52 of $1,015.72. One paid order in the month, seven days left.
#1075 unfulfilled ~19h — free Ignite on a custom 100%-off discount, untagged. Tag it and ship it before it ages.
Seeding ledger at ~$263, zero asks logged — 25 pouches out across two batches in nine days.
Zero-paid day 8 (8/17–8/24). #1060 on 8/16 remains the only paid order in 30 days.
Klaviyo MCP unauthenticated ~day 101. GA4 G-4R2YKJXF91 + IG insights still not connected. Needs an interactive session.
Two untagged 100%-off orders — #1059 (day 20) and #1075. ~2 min to back-tag both and close the discount-hygiene question.
Instagram is working — social is 48% of 14-day traffic and 60 of 61 social sessions are mobile. The creator program moves the top of the funnel.
Inventory healthy — 385 units on hand across 4 SKUs. No stockout risk; Original at 63 is the lowest pouch line.
Gmail reconciles exactly — 13 order notifications for 8/23, 13 Shopify orders, nothing new overnight. No missing rows to stage.

Monday slot
Monday · Reel + Story CTA
Monday morning pre-workout — Ignite (100mg caffeine)
Instagram Reels · 9:16 · @honeychargefuel
“Monday. 6 a.m. One squeeze, no crash. Real fuel — a short ingredient list, all naturally sourced.”
Why this one: eleven creators received product Sunday and social is carrying 48% of all traffic. Monday is the highest-intent training day and the slot where Ignite's caffeine story competes head-on with RONE and HNY+, both of whom lead with caffeine ladders. Pair it with a Story CTA pointing at the affiliate links so the new creators have something to reshare on day two. Stack: Nano Banana Pro stills → Veo 3.1 Fast → InVideo, voiceover recorded separately. Brand rules hold: warm sunlit kitchen, gold #DAA520, light oak, hands only, no faces. Copy rule: never state a bare ingredient count.

All thirteen of Sunday's affiliate-batch orders shipped the same afternoon, so fulfillment throughput is not the issue — these two are stuck on decisions, not labour. #1066 has been carried as a “two-minute label” for ten consecutive runs; it is not one. International seeding shipments need a customs declaration and a different rate class. Decide whether an Australian creator is worth the international postage or cancel and refund.

Tracker backlog stands at 80 orders — the Drive sheet's last row is still #1007, dated 4/15. The Drive MCP exposes no sheet-update method, so no scheduled run can ever close this; it needs Ricky at a keyboard. Single Tracker Rule holds: paste into Drive ID 1pzyU67F…rsSITM, never a copy. Every figure above reads live Shopify, so the dashboard is current regardless. IG follower delta unavailable from a scheduled environment — a real gap now that social is the top channel.
🧭The Monday Read
week 8/17–8/23 closed
HoneyCharge more than tripled its traffic last week and earned nothing. 145 sessions against 45, +222%, an all-time daily record broken twice in two days and then beaten again on the final count — and $0.00 in revenue, 0 cart-adds, 0 checkouts. The week before had a third of the traffic and produced a paid order.
The one thing that changed overnight is worth stating plainly, because it corrects this dashboard's own conclusion. Last night the board declared the failure was not mobile-specific, on the strength of a 48/43 device split. The settled data reads 66 mobile / 36 desktop, and cross-tabbed by source it is starker still: 60 of 61 social sessions arrived on a phone. Instagram — the channel that is actually working, the channel 25 seeded pouches were bought to feed — delivers its traffic almost exclusively to the mobile product page. If the Add-to-Cart control is broken, mispositioned, or overlapped on a narrow viewport, these are precisely the numbers you would see. That hypothesis was dismissed twelve hours ago on incomplete data and should now be the first thing tested.
Everything else holds. The 8/16 order proves the tracking records cleanly when someone does buy, so the zeros are real. Twenty-five pouches and roughly $263 of product have gone out across two batches with no follow-up ask recorded against a single name. #1066 is 7.4 days old and belongs to a creator you are asking to promote you.
Today, in order: ten minutes on your phone with your own product page — nothing else on this board can be acted on until that is done. Then the customs decision on #1066. Then a dated ask to all twenty-five seeded names while Sunday's eleven are still warm. USPTO, Amazon, wholesale and SEO are all downstream of a storefront that can take money on a phone.
