▣ Day in Review
The best single day this board has recorded, and the honest version is smaller than it feels
6 sessions, 3 social, 1 add-to-cart, 1 order, $34.20 net, $23.95 profit, $0 ad spend. Every streak this board has been tracking ended today. Paid drought: 24 days → 0. Add-to-carts: 0 across 108 sessions → 1. August MTD paid net: $0.00 → $34.20. Cumulative profit moved for the first time since April 15, to $110.78. Now the discipline. This is one order. A single sale does not establish a conversion rate, and the 1-in-6 session-to-order figure today is not a number to plan against — it is one event. What it does establish is narrower and more useful: the product page can convert, and the Klaviyo stack can close. WELCOME10 means Glenda came through the welcome flow, so the $0-revenue verdict on the auto-revenue stack is now wrong — it took 108 days from launch to first attributable sale. The morning board promoted “0 ATC is the binding constraint” to RED and prescribed a 45-minute product-page audit. That prescription is not cancelled by one sale, but it is now a question of rate rather than of whether the page works at all. Gmail swept: one order mail, #1060, matching Shopify exactly — one Sales_Tracker row is due and the Drive MCP still cannot write it.

Glenda is your first welcome-flow customer. Ship her order tomorrow and ask her for one sentence.
#1060 is PAID / UNFULFILLED as of this refresh. Every prior order in the store's history shipped, and this one matters more than most: she is the first person to ever buy through the Klaviyo welcome flow, which makes her the proof case for a system that cost real setup time and has shown nothing until today. Two concrete asks. One — fulfil it tomorrow, and drop the QR sample card in the box; the Judge.me review trigger fires 14 days post-fulfilment, so shipping Monday puts a review request in her inbox around Aug 31. Two — the store has one Judge.me review lifetime, and the competitive dashboard's standing finding is that “verified by N athletes” is the single unclaimed wedge in this category — Hunghee is the only competitor showing a review count. A second review is worth more to this store right now than a second sale, because reviews compound across every future visitor and a sale does not. Do not send a discount; she just paid full freight minus 10%.

Seven reels, zero tagged. Reel 8 posts tomorrow night and the string is already written.
The UTM check was re-run at 8:10 PM and returns the same single row: 45 sessions over seven days, campaign field empty, zero tagged. Reel 7 went out untagged like Reel 6 before it — that is seven consecutive reels with no attribution instrument, and today's sale is the exact moment that starts to cost real money. Here is the specific loss. Today produced 3 social sessions and one order through the welcome flow. The plausible chain is reel → visit → email capture → WELCOME10 → purchase, and if that chain is real it is the single most valuable fact about this business — it would mean organic reels feed a flow that closes, and the whole content operation has a measurable payoff. You cannot demonstrate it, because there is no tag on any of it. Tomorrow: Reel 8, “The Chew Test”, Monday 7:30 PM, Original. String: ?utm_source=instagram&utm_medium=reel&utm_campaign=chew-test-aug26&utm_content=original-chewtest. Attribution cannot be collected retroactively — today's evidence is already unrecoverable.
#3 · this week · 20 min · free
31 influencer rows, still zero contacted — and today gave you the first thing worth putting in the message.
Influencer_Tracker holds 31 rows, all “Not Contacted” since April — the fourth consecutive month. Targets remain on-audience: @brickellrunclub ~58K, @miamirunclub ~17K, @run.miami ~17K, @southbeachrunclub ~12K — roughly 104,000 followers against your ~151. Codes assigned (MRC15, BRC15, SBRC15, CFMIA10), offer standing: booth at one run, sachets for the first 100, ~$50/event — never pouches at $8.53 COGS. What changed today is the pitch, not the plan. For four months the honest version of this outreach was “new Miami brand, no traction yet.” You can now say a customer found you through Instagram and bought the same week — thin, but true, and infinitely better than silence. The week of Aug 17 reels are already written and on disk, so content is not the bottleneck; distribution is, and it has been one message away since April.

Comparing fixed calendar weeks rather than a rolling window, per the standing rule. Three consecutive rising weeks: 17 → 29 → 41. This is the first refresh that can state that cleanly, because the week just closed — every prior evening board was comparing a finished week against a partial one. The within-week shape is still lumpy: 10 and 13 on 8/10–8/11, then 1, 2, 3, then 6 and 6. Friday's board called that decay and told you to plan against 1.7/day; the completed week reads 5.9/day, and the four days since the spike run 4.5/day. The revision stands as a caution about calling trends off partial data — that call was made on three thin days and did not survive the week. Today's 6 is a near-complete read at 8:10 PM but is still technically partial, per the standing rule; late sessions have revised days upward before (8/14 went 2→3). IG follower count not retrievable (no Instagram MCP); carried at ~151, unverified since 5/11.

Social Sessions · Daily, 15 Days
Best weekend on record
Saturday's 4 was not a one-day fluke. Sunday followed with 3, which makes 8/15–8/16 the strongest back-to-back social weekend the store has recorded — 7 social sessions in two days against 1, 1, 0 for Reels 3–5 midweek. Week total: 15 social sessions vs 4 the prior week, a 3.75× move on the metric the reels are meant to drive. And today one of those sessions bought something. Read the causality carefully, because it is not established. The order came in at 4:47 PM, five and a half hours after Reel 7 posted at 11:00 AM, and it carried WELCOME10 — a welcome-flow code, which implies an email signup somewhere between the visit and the purchase. That chain is plausible and completely unmeasured. 0 of 45 sessions in seven days carry a UTM, so what you have is a coincidence in time, not attribution. Reels drive traffic — that is now well supported across two weekends. Whether reels drive revenue is a question tomorrow's tagged reel can begin to answer and today's cannot.

Completed
De-escalated from RED to GREEN, and this is the first time this card has moved in either direction on evidence rather than reasoning. Today produced the full chain on one day: session → cart → checkout → completed. Every step fired, in order, and Shopify recorded all four. What that settles: the morning board argued zero carts was behaviour, not instrumentation, since the cart tag had fired in 5 of the previous 6 months. Today confirms it directly — the tag works, the page can convert, and the 30-day zero was real customer behaviour rather than a broken pixel. What it does not settle: 1 cart in 114 sessions is still roughly 0.9%, against a 5–10% typical DTC range. The product-page audit prescribed this morning is still worth the 45 minutes — the question simply changed from “is it broken?” to “why is it a tenth of normal?” Two standing caveats hold. The denominator undercounts — on 7/23 the sessions table showed 0 while sales recorded 2 paid orders — so 114 is a floor. And 3 of the 4 “reached checkout” sessions had no cart event, which is the free-sample link bypassing cart by design.

“Try chewing a protein bar at mile 10. That’s the whole review.”
Attacks the protein bar on mechanics, not nutrition — a bar is a solid you have to chew, with a dry mouth, while breathing hard. That is an argument anyone who has tried it has already lost, so the reel just names the experience: two bites, pocket the rest, finish the session on nothing. Category-level only, no brand named, consistent with the legal-surface-flat rule held for three weeks. 7:30 PM Monday catches the after-work training scroll, and it opens a week whose cultural frame is South Florida preseason two-a-days plus the 10-week mark for Chicago. Paste the UTM this time: ?utm_source=instagram&utm_medium=reel&utm_campaign=chew-test-aug26&utm_content=original-chewtestseven reels have now gone out untagged, and today was the first day that cost you a real answer. #1060 is the first new row this board has had to report in twelve days. Gmail was swept across both senders and returned exactly one order mailcontact@honeychargefuel.com, 4:47 PM, matching Shopify line-for-line: Ignite $37.99, WELCOME10 −$3.79, subtotal $34.20, shipping $5.99, total $40.19. Status PAID / UNFULFILLED. One Sales_Tracker row is now due and could not be written — the Drive MCP exposes no cell-update method, so per the Single Tracker Rule nothing was copied or forked; the backlog goes from 52 to 53 orders. Note the price point: #1060 at $40.19 is identical to Nate Shaffer's #1054, and Ignite has now taken 3 of the last 5 paid orders — the caffeinated SKU is quietly outselling Original in recent weeks despite trailing lifetime. August MTD: 2 orders, $34.20 net. 30-day: $180.15 gross, $68.40 net across 5 order-days.

Bundle · $64.991$64.99$0.00 net
Today's sale narrows the gap: Ignite is now 14 orders to Original's 16, $531.86 against $559.84. The two paid SKUs remain close to even, which is the genuinely useful finding here — caffeine is not the differentiator you might assume, buyers split roughly half and half, and neither SKU should be deprioritised in content. The short-run picture tilts further: Ignite has taken 3 of the last 5 paid orders, and today's was the third consecutive paid order to be an Ignite pouch bought with a 10% code. That is a pattern worth naming even at n=3 — the buyer who converts on this store is currently a caffeine buyer using a discount. The Bundle has still never sold at price: one lifetime order, 100% discounted to $0, so $64.99 remains completely untested after two marketing pushes. And the sample line stays uncomfortable: 25 free samples, $69.86 of shipping revenue, and exactly one sample→paid conversion (Nate Shaffer). Today's buyer was not a prior sample recipient — she came through the welcome flow, which is a different and cheaper path.

Cumulative profit$110.78$86.83 — now stale
Cumulative profit moved for the first time since April 15. Today: $34.20 revenue (product after discount, shipping excluded per the tracker convention) − $8.78 Ignite pouch COGS − $1.47 payment fees (2.9% of $40.19 + $0.30) = $23.95, taking cumulative from $86.83 to $110.78. The reconciliation against the Dashboard sheet now fails, and that is the correct outcome. For four months the two figures agreed only because nothing had moved either of them — agreement by stalemate. Today the live number moved and the sheet did not, which converts a dormant problem into an active one. The gap in the top rows is the real story: Shopify shows $1,226.55 gross across 62 lifetime orders; the tracker shows $128.44 across 7 rows. That is the entire #1008–#1060 backlog — now 53 orders — never pasted, and everything downstream is wrong: the Dashboard's “ROAS 1.71” is derived, not measured, and the Inventory tab's green “OK” flags run off 11 units sold when the true figure is far higher — treat them as unverified, not reassuring, and note that a real pouch left inventory today. No sheet write attempted — the Drive MCP exposes no cell-update method. Staged CSV needs a human paste: /Desktop/HoneyCharge/data/2026-08-12_sales_tracker_append_1008-1059.csv (append #1060 manually).

HNY+ · hnyplus.com
No new launch. Line still Classic (caffeine-free) and Buzz (50mg organic green-tea caffeine). Positioning unchanged: organic Yucatán honey, “used by Olympians and MLB pitchers.” Founded by three TCU students. Also stocked on thefeed.com — a retail channel HoneyCharge has not pursued.
RONE Nutrition · ronenutrition.com
No August launch found. SuperCharged Honey holds the widest ladder: caffeine-free Lemon and Tangerine, 100mg Classic, 20-packs. Formula adds lion's mane and pink salt beyond honey + green-tea caffeine. A limited Apple Cinnamon batch shipped with more flavours promised — flavour breadth remains their main axis of attack.
Honey Stinger
Nothing new this weekend. Still gel/waffle/chew — adjacent retail benchmark, not a direct competitor, per the standing watchlist rule.
A quiet weekend, which is the expected result and worth stating plainly rather than padding. The standing unclaimed wedge has not moved: only Hunghee displays a review count anywhere in this category, so a “verified by N athletes” hero strip remains available — and Judge.me is already integrated, making it a low-cost ship. That wedge is exactly why tonight's #1 action is a review request rather than a reorder push. Monthly honeycharge-competitive-refresh was due 8/1 and remains unconfirmed.
